Start with the Beta guide. If you can sign in, use Send feedback on the dashboard to report a bug, ask for help, or send product feedback. This sends your message and limited operational context to GetBack; it never attaches Gmail message bodies.
Gmail connection help
You can cancel Google authorization without changing saved data, retry an expired connection, disconnect Gmail while retaining extracted purchase history, or permanently delete your account and GetBack-held data from Account & Sync.
Cannot sign in?
The public support email shown on Google's OAuth consent screen is the contact channel for sign-in and privacy requests. The operator must configure and test that address before requesting Google verification.
