Track all your purchases and never lose money on returns.

GetBack organizes supported purchases across retailers from transactional Gmail messages, helps you follow deliveries, warns about return deadlines, and keeps expected refunds visible until they are received.

What GetBack does

Purchases from multiple supported retailers can appear in one place. Delivery progress is shown when sufficient transactional evidence exists, while return deadlines and expected refunds remain visible.

GetBack does not place orders, initiate returns, send messages from Gmail, or modify or delete Gmail messages. Coverage depends on the retailer and evidence available.

Before connecting Gmail

Use the Gmail inbox where you receive shopping receipts. GetBack requires read-only Gmail access and uses that access to process purchase-related transactional messages for this product purpose.

The initial scan may take some time. GetBack may not recognize every retailer, purchase, historical email, or lifecycle event; incomplete evidence can mean incomplete delivery, return, or refund information.

You remain in control: Gmail can be disconnected or reconnected, and your GetBack account and stored data can be deleted from Account & sync.

Five-minute beta test

  1. Open GetBack.
  2. Read the Gmail-access explanation.
  3. Connect the Gmail inbox that receives shopping receipts.
  4. Wait for the initial scan to complete.
  5. Check whether recent supported purchases appear.
  6. Inspect at least one purchase.
  7. Verify retailer, product title, amount, delivery state, return deadline, tracking action and refund state where applicable.
  8. Open Account & sync.
  9. Use Check for updates.
  10. Submit feedback from the dashboard or Account & sync.

You do not need to buy or return anything solely for this test.
