The service
GetBack is a software service that helps track purchase, delivery, return, and refund information. When you connect Gmail, you authorize GetBack to use read-only Gmail access for this purpose. GetBack cannot send, edit, archive, label, or delete your Gmail messages.
Your responsibilities
You remain responsible for completing returns, communicating with retailers, confirming dates and eligibility, and following each retailer's current policies. You must use GetBack and connected services lawfully and must not interfere with the service or another person's account.
Retailers and results
GetBack is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or any retailer referenced by the service. Retailer policies can change. GetBack does not guarantee return eligibility, the accuracy of a deadline or extracted detail, refund acceptance or timing, or any action by a retailer.
Beta availability
GetBack is offered as a free private beta. Features may change, and the service may contain errors, lose availability, or be suspended while it is developed. We may update these terms and will change the Last updated date when we do.
Reasonable disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the beta service is provided as available, without promises beyond those expressly stated here. GetBack is not responsible for retailer decisions or for losses caused by relying on an estimate, extracted detail, service error, or interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
